Lucid Aero Limited Warranty

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Limited Warranty applies to Lucid Aero products purchased through the Lucid Aero website or through authorized Lucid Aero distributors and resellers in the United States.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

Lucid Aero warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

During the Warranty Period, Lucid Aero will, at its sole discretion:

·        Repair the defective product or component, or

·        Replace the defective product or component with a new or refurbished equivalent

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

 

2. What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers defects that arise from:

·        Faulty materials

·        Manufacturing defects

·        Workmanship issues under normal operating conditions

All warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the product or affected component.

 

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects resulting from:

·        Normal wear and tear

·        Improper installation, setup, or operation

·        Use outside the intended purpose

·        Use with non-approved or incompatible accessories

·        Improper air supply, incorrect air pressure, or contaminated air

·        Lack of proper lubrication or use of incorrect lubricants

·        Foreign object contamination, debris, moisture, or corrosion

·        Modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair

·        Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents

·        Damage occurring during shipping not reported within the required timeframe

Consumable items, including but not limited to buffing pads, polishing pads, and wear components, are not covered under this warranty.

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact Lucid Aero at support@lucid-aero.com and provide:

·        Proof of purchase

·        Product serial number (if applicable)

·        Description of the issue

·        Photos or video demonstrating the issue (if requested)

Lucid Aero may require the product or affected components to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim. All warranty claims must receive prior authorization.

 

5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

·        The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Lucid Aero unless otherwise stated in writing

·        Lucid Aero will cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements

·        Products returned without authorization may be refused

 

6. Limitation of Remedies

This Limited Warranty provides the exclusive remedy for defective products.

Lucid Aero shall not be liable for:

·        Loss of use

·        Lost profits or business interruption

·        Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

 

7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one (1) year Warranty Period.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

 

8. Professional / Industrial Use Only

Lucid Aero products are designed and intended for professional and industrial use. This warranty does not cover failures resulting from consumer, hobbyist, or non-commercial misuse.

 

9. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State designated in Lucid Aero’s Terms of Service, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

10. Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
