Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Lucid Aero website by customers located in the United States.

 

1. Overview

Lucid Aero designs and supplies professional-grade pneumatic tools and accessories intended for commercial and industrial use. Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

·        The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery

·        The item is unused, unmodified, and undamaged

·        The item is returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts

·        The item has not been installed, operated, lubricated, or connected to an air supply

Products that show signs of use, wear, contamination, or installation are not eligible for return.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

·        Used or operated tools

·        Buffing pads, polishing pads, or consumable accessories once removed from packaging

·        Custom, special-order, or modified products

·        Clearance or closeout items

·        Items damaged due to misuse, improper setup, contamination, or improper air supply

 

4. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return, contact us at support@lucid-aero.com with:

·        Order number

·        Item(s) requested for return

·        Reason for return

·        Photos (if requested)

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

 

5. Return Shipping

·        Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

·        Original shipping charges are non-refundable

·        Items must be shipped using a tracked and insured service

·        Lucid Aero is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

 

6. Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If the return is approved:

·        Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

·        Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

·        A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply

If the item does not meet return criteria, the refund will be denied and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

·        Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

·        Provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item

·        Do not operate the tool

Lucid Aero will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund defective items covered under warranty.

Damage caused by improper use, contamination, incorrect air pressure, lack of lubrication, or unauthorized repair is not considered a defect.

 

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.

 

9. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact Lucid Aero to attempt resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future orders.

 

10. No Refunds for Improper Use

Lucid Aero is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from:

·        Improper setup or operation

·        Use outside of intended purpose

·        Use with non-approved accessories

·        Insufficient or improper air supply

 

11. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State designated in Lucid Aero’s Terms of Service.
